Certain Files Not Available

Hello. I've just installed the latest version of Elite and tried to run it, only to be met with disappointment. I had a closer look at the error logs and it seems that I'm missing a few files, namely "005_multiplayer.sga", "005_data.sga", "005_laststand.sga", and "003_sound.sga". Where exactly can I get those files, and why does my retribution installation not have those files included? Thanks.
