Nerf or move to t3? That thing is ridiculous for what it does, can heal allied armies too. I think moving it to t3 would be a more sane solution cause right now getting charged by a bunch of heavy infantry that gets instantly healed after you work so hard to whittle their HP down so early in the game as t2 is just too much.

It is being looked upon. When introducing a totally new thing, better be UP then OP because if it is OP, people can exploit it and others will suffer in the meanwhile. Most of these reported ones will be nerfed quickly in next hotfix patch which will be soon like in a few days.
