lite Mod only supports English. If you are using any other language for your descriptions it isn't going to work.
Also make sure you don't have ant other conflicting UCF files, from other mods for example, those will also mess up Elite UCF files.
If you are running multiple mods you need to save the different UCF files somewhere else and place them back when using that particular mod.
