where can i go to see what is the best way to play and build armys,i love nurgle space marine and the ork warboss,

watch some replays or casts of games with the plague lord. there should be quite a number of casted games on youtube of varying ages.

Or you can read the Steam Community Guides, specifically the one by Rene and also read Codex's guide
