Ideas for Primaris Psyker Hero

Once again, my idea for a fourth Imperial Guard hero.
Along with this one, I had an idea for a Combat Psykers unit, like a secondary character for the army in the shape of a unit of psykers, but I'll talk about that another time, or some of these ideas could be used for that.
Animations: he could start using the animations of a space marine Librarian/Chaos Sorcerer, with a slightly slower scale of course since he is human sized, i don't know if that would be a problem. He'd come equiped with a staff and would have a psychic lightning as default ranged atack (like librarian or sorcerer with staff).
Stats: he should be very similar to the Imperial Guard Inquisitor.
Initial Abilities:
- Hellfist: targeted ability that launches a fire ball that deals explosive damage. Like a single Chaos Lord "Let the Glaxy Burn" orb, but without the ground burn nor knockback effects, and more damage on hit.
Weapon Options:
T1- Conductive Gauntlet: it gives the Primaris Psyker a decorated glove that increases his ranged damage and the damage of all his offensive powers.
T2- Calibrated Staff: enhances psychic staff, increasing the Psyker's melee damage and skill and giving him the "Psychic Slam" psychic power, that creates an energy explosion on the Psyker's position that knocks back and damages nearby enemy infantry.
Armor Options:
T1- Psyker Robe: gives higher health and energy regeneration.
T2- Divination Halo: gives higher health and energy and the "Scrier´s Gaze" power, that temporarily clears the Fog of War from an area.
T3- Combat Harness: gives higher health and the "Enfeeble" power, that targets an enemy unit, slows it down and increases the damage it takes.
Accesory Options:
T1- Book of Pirokinesis: it enhances the "Hellfist" ability, making it deal more damage, and gives the "Fiery Form" power.
T2- Book of Telekinesis: it changes the "Hellfist" power for the "Assail" power and gives the "Objuration Mechanicum" power.
T3- Book of Telepathy: it changes the "Hellfist" power for the "Mind Wave" power and gives the "Emperor's Gaze" power.
Powers:
- Fiery Form: activated power that can be turn on and off and consumes energy while active. It wraps the Psyker in a fire shield, making him take less damage from all attacks and increasing his melee skill.
- Assail: targeted ranged power. Throws a psychic proyectile that damages and knocks back all models in its way (like a Blastmaster).
- Objuration Mechanicum: targeted power that affects vehicles. It slows down the vehicle and causes ongoing damage on it for a time.
- Mind Wave: targeted power that creates a progressive wave. Like the Librarian's wall of energy, but with much faster progression and it deals heavy damage to infentry instead of knocking it back.
- Emperor's Gaze: Targeted power. It immediately supresses the objective; if it's already suppressed, it forces it to Retreat.
