Hey all, wanted to introduce myself here.
I'm brand new to Elite, played some vanilla back a long time ago but I'm basically starting fresh. Just finished my first MP match about an hour ago! We almost won...
I've been lurking watching casts, replays, streams. Basically I've been a fan, but have only just now gotten my finances together for a PC that's worth a shit.
Anyways, I'm looking to get plugged into this little community and start working my way to super-Elite-mod-stardom!

Other newer players get at me to get some games going.
...or veterans, to teach me a lesson in how far I have to go!

Some advises on how to start as a new player.
Firstly find players to play with at the discord channel. https://discord.gg/jKVfpj3
Secondly, give yourself an initiate tag by going to roles channel.
Thirdly, play on friday, weekends and during European night time.
Fourthly, download the newest patch from www.dawnofwar.info forum's release section.
Fifthly and most importantly, add everyone you meet on elite mod as a steam friend.
