Hi,

I've recently changed my monitor from a 1080p one to 1440p.
When I switched from 1080p to 2560x1440 in DOW2 Elite, I noticed a dramatic drop in FPS. Went from 165 (which is limited by G-Sync and monitor refresh rate) to circa 25 FPS. At the same time, my CPU, GPU and RAM usage remained at about 15% level, so it's obviously not an issue with hardware performance.

My rig specs:

Windows 10
Ryzen 3700x
RTX 2070 SUPER 8 GB VRAM
32 GB DDR4 RAM
Samsung 840 Evo SSD

Any ideas? For now, I'm forced to use 1080p resolution to be able to play comfortably.

I have a 1440p monitor and there are no issues at all despite my comp being worse than yours. Maybe try going through your graphics driver settings.
