Pretty much the title says it all was playing a game, where I should have won, but couldn't continue because there was no way to target vps and units. Can someone check into this?

Tab in and out of your game to try and fix it. Reposition the camera to be able to capture points.
Restart DoWII after your game to get rid of the bug.
