Do people have information about the bug that is causing players to lose control of walkers?
- Are all walkers effected?
- Do we know under what conditions it will happen?
- Is it only walkers which are effected?
Thanks,
ThomasTheTankEngine
Edit: Any replays of this happening would be useful! Please send replays to

I've lost a few Wraithlords to it but never an Avatar and I think never a Spess Dread. I don't recall it happening in CR, but people never used walkers much back then.
Can't say anything about conditions... during battles and when it hurts you most :|

GUO has done this for me in retail at least.
Can't say anything about conditions. Just that it was in a big battle and it decided it couldn't live with itself anymore and went all jihad on the enemy.

But this bug is rare to see, isn't it?
It happens to me with the GUO and the Khorne Dread IIRC.
As Lulgrim and Nurland, can't say anything about conditions. But it seems that only happens with melee walkers/superunits, but not ranged ones (Tzeentch Chaos Dread, Vanilla Chaos Dread...) I am correct?

It happened to me once and I've seen it happen, looks like it affects wraithlords the most.

Only one explanation - divine intervention from the Emperor himself.

It has happened to our mighty Wraithlords indeed. How unnatural is it that souls imprisoned within the spirit stones thirst for blood. Something must be tricking them.
Oh. Now I see it. This is no fate but an artifice from the Great Enemy. The mark of the Neth of Pleasure is pervading the warp. The air itself is poisoned by her hideous treachery. The souls of our beloved ones shall never return to the craftworld. She will torment and devour them in the Immaterium.

spirit seers need to be within 12" inches in order to support wraith units.

She? He? Or even both?
Slaneesh: The first Drag Queen.
PD: Daemonettes! We want daemonettes! The nights being a renegade / traitor heretic are very long and lonely.
ONTOPICThe first step to fix the bug is to reproduce the effect it, but... It seems it's too much random, and it seems also affects ranged and melee walkers, even if (IIRC) they are super units.

sent.
a little off topic, but in that replay the chaos player's base turrets didn't seem to suppress infantry, can you take a look at that aswell?
