Scout/Guardian grenades.

Stomp doesn't stun GM, Doombolts don't injure heretics and Destructor does no damage to Eldar models.
So why do scout and guardian grenades injure friendly models? It's only fair that they should be able to feet-nade into melee and not have to retreat.
or
Scout and Guardian grenades do friendly fire, so why does Stomp not KB/stun GM? Why do Doombolts not injure Chaos? Why does Destructor not injure Eldar? Why doesn't the Whirlwind KB SM?
How about some consistency?

man ur tempting to standartization overwhelming you ))) go play warcraft: orcs and humans - there are two armies - green and blue. with almost same stats and abilities

like sorc has slow, and ogremage - bloodlust(haste)! what a miracle!

- All damage/stun grenades in this game do friendly fire.
- All anti melee units abilities on T1 units don't. (sent stomp, AWD, crippling poison, shotgun, doomblast)
- All Heroes vanilla ability don't. (I think DH warp rift may be the only one ? but with its range, it has to have a downside. edit ; ofc, there is LC execute

)

Whirlwind not doing friendly fire is super annoying though. You can fire it at your own army so melee can't do a thing to them. They should make it do friendly fire and give it a defensive ability to compensate.

yeah, but if you want WW to do friendly fire, it would have to fire only with an ability, like manticore.
There is no default fire in this game that deals friendly fire or kb

I also wouldn't mind if Whirlwind did friendly fire a little bit. It basicially delivers a large area knockback for free, and there are no drawbacks.

ah, yes, true, artillery, forgot about them xD
I wouldn't mind some friendly fire on WW, as an ork WW can be a pain in the ass, but I'm not sure we would see it ever again. It's AOE is way too big to be FF imo.
