So I finally figured out a fix.... I had to uninstall/install DOW 2 retail..... Then I had to SEARCH my entire PC for a previous install of DOW 2 elite mod. I actually had it installed in TWO different locations. (accidently installed into my OS SSD once and forgot). Once BOTH were deleted...I fresh...

Old post, but I'm having the same issue. I've tried deleting, and redownloading and reinstalling....no dice.
