Have a new computer - have played 300+hours of elite MOD on old laptop - trying to download latest release but it keeps cutting off the download at 320MB or 620MB instead of the 720MB the game requires. Have tried disabling antivirus and uninstalling steam/retribution etc, can anyone give me an idea of how to download it?

Have you tried using different internet browsers? I remember IE giving me trouble when downloading stuff as it tends to stop them halfway, especially big files.
I switched to Google Chrome when I got fed up of it and thus far, it seems to be working fine for me.

I'm using google chrome at the moment - will have a go with IE
