Re: A new Space Hulk?
Gets me interested, missed out the first one.
I would still love to get my hands on the 2009 Space Hulk, I have Dreadfleet, and Dreadfleet is actually quite a good game.

The internal battery has run dry, the game can now be played. However, clock based events will no longer occur.

There is no peace amongst the stars, only an eternity of carnage and slaughter, and the laughter of thirsting gods."

Re: A new Space Hulk?
So, i was right and Space Hulk did come out. And it f**king s*cks.
5 years from the last edition for bringing only 4 missions extra and 3 extra pieces of cartboard.
The miniatures are the same, no changes there.
100€ for the kit and, if you want to play as Ultramarines, Dark Angels or Space Wolf, it's 13,5€ of codex. Each.
And nothing for the Tyranids, as always.

Its the same released previously its just "re-release" just to cash in more. I got that tabletop so I know its identical.

Re: A new Space Hulk?
I will still buy it.
GW are faggots, why don't they see their company is going down the drain? Prices lower, and I will continue to buy your miniatures, but I haven't bought any in ages.

Re: A new Space Hulk?
Is not even the price anymore.
I give you an example.
My friend wants to buy some Terminators.
They normaly comes with 5 bodies and a shit-ton of weapons, so, clearly, you can only fit 5 Terminators and you leave a lot of weapons unused.
Recast shop sell you the package with extra bodies but the same weapons, so you can build 9 or more models if you want, and all that with the recast shop only paying for a few extra grams of materials.
This is the kind of service that will make GW going down even if they lower the prices to recast levels.
They will fall slower, but still, they need to change far beyond that.

Re: A new Space Hulk?
Yeah, £30 for things like Vanguard Veterans is ridiculous for five models. They need to rethink their pricing and content. Also lots of the new stuff is utter crap. They are going to ruin Dark Eldar this month.

Ah yes, the new Dark Eldars. We'll see.
And new Sororitas too, near the end of this year it seems. This time not in metal. Nice.
Recast was doing them in the usual material already, but still, i'm curious.
