Some random noob questions

Hello all, I have just acquired a gaming pc after being on consoles for years and very much want to dive into DOW2 elite mod. Been watching maestro recasts for years and looking for some advice on how to's. Do I just need to buy the DOW2 game and install the elite mod? Do I need to buy any expansions? I am very thankful for any help you all can give. Thanks in advance.

You just need to buy DoW2: Retribution. Start the game once before installing Elite.
It won't work otherwise since the game only fully installs when you start it up for the first time.

As a small extra note, always make sure you're on the current Elite version as well. You can see which version we're currently on by checking the Download page of this forum's website. If you need any more help, let us know!
