Need to remove persistent bodies from Elite mod
Hi! im new in this forum. And I have recently installed ELITE mod on my pc. This mod is so awesome! I'm having a problem. My pc slows too much ingame cause of the persistent corpses of the mod. So my question is, there is a way to disable persistent corpses from the mod? how can i do that? so i could play this mod smoothly

Welcome! 
It's being toned down in the next patch, so a lot of the very bleed-heavy models will go away after a set amount of time. Hopefully it will solve some performance issues some people are having.

i know this question is old and you are working in it, but im struggling trying to figure out what line/what archive is the responsible of the persistent bodies behaivor. my knowedge of those thing is limited but i tweak games before, changing some values or lines in the config.ini...or things like that. is it posible someone posting a little guide or clue?
it could help some budies like me, in my case i can play smothly vanilla with medium/low settings but i had to left elite due to late game death bodies overcharging my video card .

Are you familiar with Cope's Toolbox?
If you're in that program, open the ebps files of the units you want to change, go to health_ext and check the "delete_when_dead" option, and set the death_fade_time and death_seconds to whatever you want.

thank you very much Windu, i was far from home working on tour, sorry for the late response. didn´t see the ebps files in the first fast look , but i´ll check it as soon i can.
