I didnt know there was a Donation for the actual Elite mod, if there is im sure we would contribute a few quid each no problem. I just think wires are getting crossed here some place Riku.

The opinion i was putting forward is an old one, IF HE IS EVEN CONSIDERING re-working the wargear due to all the debates lately that commanders using 2 specific pieces of the wargear is imba, so instead of nerfing and buffing just phase out one of the two upgrades in question when the other is in use. Its simple enough. If you do it for one commander you will have to do it for all, so what im suggesting would actually save a ton of balancing..... i think!. Its only an opinion, its not an insult to anyone nor intended that way mate.

Not really sure what you're taking so much offense at Pepper, but Riku is right to say it is rather offensive to say Caeltos should sit down and take a proper look at all the wargears each of the heroes have.

One would assume that was one of the very first things he did when creating this mod and that he wouldn't have stopped doing it now. Maybe it was just a semantical error and you weren't really portraying such an attitude/assumption, however if that was the case then simply offer some more explanations as to what you think is OP and be done with it.

Regarding things like the mekboy and electric armour, well it just isn't OP, one piece of KB and the mekboy is now completely out of the engagement due to him needing to retreat. Or you could just, you know split up your units. Other 'balance concerns' with regards to wargear combinations, or just wargears may need more discussion and in which case the best course of action is to create a new thread dedicated to such.

It for sure wasnt me took offence?? communications broke down, totally mis interpreted...

like i said its all "IF, i say again IF" he/they were going to sit down and look and the wargears instead of having to ruffel out all the buffs and nerfs. My suggestion was to patternise the wargear instead of re-balancing them again. I only added my opinion to the thread, this topic about wargears being imba was already underway by the time i commented, in fact its been debated since 20/2/09.

No disrespect intended...... now back off mofo's. DONT MAKE ME ASSUME MY ULTIMATE FORM! :D

I don't get where this question is coming from.
When or where did Ace or myself even implied such a thing?

To my knowing there also isn't such a thing. But from your post it looks like you think Indrid is part of the Elite mod or something in those lines. He just cast Elite mod games, which is very awesome of cource ^^

He already did this and I don't think he is going to stop looking at them.

Without even asking Caeltos I feel safe saying this will never, ever be seriously considered. "I don't know how to make this reasonable so I'll just remove it," basically. Elite aims higher than that.

In general I have a feeling you are having troubles expressing yourself properly.

Not at all, i just want to know your opinion on that 9 secs invul on the HT. When would you pick invul before charge / improved synapse, on what scenario would you use it and why?

Well regardless if Indrid has anything offical or not to do with Elite, he does put in the time and effort and does a cracking job at the same time so yea, to us dowreplays.net is supporting the game. Ive seen people commenting to say they were brought back to the game through his channel, just yesterday in fact so thats always good.... wether he spends it on beer or not we dont really care, hes proven hes good at what he does and it keeps us entertained so its money well donated ;)

I bet in all the time Elite is up and running not one of you mugs even thought about asking him to take donations to keep the game afloat.... id love to see if tomorrow he said its not feasible anymore and the game will be dead unless the team can get some financial backing, just to see who would fork out a few quid.

At the end of the day there is wankstains on Steam asking for £6.99 for some piece of shit inde game and this guy isnt getting anything for his efforts?. Then again he could be one of those rich boys with more money than sense. Either way if the game dosnt need support funding im happy and if it ever does we will happily contribute.

I doubt Indrid would ask for donations via his website he was so rich, but then again, that's not unheard of. Suffice to say Indrid does indirectly support the mod, as do all casters. Indrid being the most popular he does so the most. He's great advertisement and increases the playerbase. We need streamers to do this too though.

Although discussing about Kal-Eltos's housing/lifestyle is very intriguing should we, you know, get back to the topic?
