				I find that the best perk from it is actually the fact that the stun bomb hits a very large area.  It makes his stun bomb scale VERY well into t3.
You also have to consider that it boosts his shotgun blast to full damage if I remember correctly.

Yeah the stun bomb buff is excellent. The grappling hook armor is still useful for infiltration heavy play styles and for chasing down vehicles.

Yep:
"When equipped, Kaboom! no longer knocks back the Kommando Nob, Plant Booby Trap's cooldown is reduced by 50%, Stikkbombz do an extra 18 damage, and Stunbomb's blast radius is increased by 8. Increases maximum health and energy by 100, and increases energy regen by .1."
