Metal Cover for ArmA 3's main theme (I swear in the Emperor's name I'm freaking hooked on this game. 63.6 hours in 4-5 days)

Going to reboot this thread with some classy tunes.
Then this one which is nicely calm, slightly unsettling to listen to the lyrics and weird, so it strikes an interesting balance.

As a musician and a passionate man of music in all aspects (such as culture or communication), I'll share my tastes with the fellow gentlemen(women?) of this forum.
Compositional music and more complex music wins it in general for me. Jazz and progressive rock/metal mostly. However, I appreciate many forms of music, in general. All the styles of music mentioned so far are some I sincerely dig.
If anyone has heard of the group in the third link, I'll get you a nice cup of coffee or a pint, whatever suits you (as long as you're honest, that is ).
Oh, and Plini and Sithu Aye are probably the last things I expected here. They're fekking brilliant. Kudos to the good sir that suggested them.
Cheers to all the musicians and passionate listeners on this forum.
(PS, @Wise Windu, it's better to do some Steam chatting if you'd like to share musical interests)

Maybe, but this is more long term and open. I don't know everyone in this thread on Steam, and leaving it open to everyone means more opinions and music.

@Wise Windu *High fives* All is well. Let me know if you change your mind regarding the matter. I might post a few extra things later on, if the interest is there.

Try pasting that in the youtube tag instead, Swift
I've been on a bit of an Elbow binge. If you aren't familiar with them they're a British band from Manchester who have a very distinct and bold sound, lots of light percussion, piano and violins, with little in the way of guitar. It's basically impossible for any of you to have not heard this:
They've done some other great ones, slightly rockier in some and others much more mellow and thoughtful.

Loving the suggestions Swift!
Elbow did a mad set a few years back in the Bridgewater Hall with the Manchester Philharmonic Orchestra, suits their music down to a tee - bloody epic. Will put up a link when I'm not on my phone.
Everything Everything are cracking as well, saw them last weekend in Melbourne - they're over here for a festival up the coast in Byron.
What a great thread to immerse yourself in - the cries of "GK OP" are almost inaudible in here

I didn't think I'd see Junior (the bboy) in a video clip such as the one in everything everything
