while im bored and staring at this warboss snipping thinair with his snippy claw, an idea came to me.

would to be possible, or even worth making it so that the main menu screen changes depending on the race you last played in multiplayer? for example if i do a 3v3 as chaos lord, the main menu would change to there being a chaos lord instead of the warboss, something like that?

i think its a great idea personally, would be nice to see something atleast somewhat different on the main menu every now and then, and come to think of it i know that Dawn of War: Soulstorm had something just like that. but again its about if its even possible or worth it.

Would be great. And even better if music will change as well

I must be the only one who likes the Warboss and music Sounds nice, but I think we have to wait for our UI guy to come back... wherever he went. I think he is working on expanding the UI to make GK their own faction.

I like the music however would be nice for a change and the war-boss doesn't really do it for me as he isn't what elite is about. I preferred having the gks as the main figure heads as they were a big part of elite (new faction and new element).

Would like to see a change to background and music as they are tons of dawn of war tracks to chose from. Wouldn't mind having blood and skulls back on it tbh and how about something that isn't based on 1 faction. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JutyTI5QW_s

If you used Copyrighted Music on a modded version of said game, will that count as Copyright Infringement? Cause if it is, I'd say keep the Music.

This is what i was thinking, im not sure about the music, right now i think it is fine where it is as it pretty much is a universal DOW/40k music, if i remember rightly im pretty sure it was created by modders of DOW1, as it was originally the theme for the "Ultimate Apocalypse" mod on DOW1, the one with titans and all that good stuff.
so yes i think the music is the thing thats staying, atleast until someone else makes a new one specifically for ELITE mod or something.

I like Blood and Skulls, but I think it is actually intended for IG, since the music follows that rhythm and similar tone with the male operatics.

I don't think it is copyright infringement, it is the same game after all

Dawn of War 1 music, in case anyone suggests it, would be copyright infringement since it is a different game.
