How does the DPS of Darkreapers work out with pinning fire?

I would guess its still the same, so that it only gets a faster firing animation? Or is it a dps buff/debuff?

Here's the equation for burst weapons: $dps = ($reload_frequency * $burst * $dmg_hp) / (($reload_frequency * ($windup + $winddown + $burst + $cooldown)) + $reload_duration);
DPS = (7 * 2 * 27.5)/((7 * (0 + 0 + 2 + 1) + 3) = 385/24 = 16.04
When Pinning Fire is activated (30% damage reduction): 27.5 * .7 = 19.25
DPS = (7 * 2 * 19.25)/((7 * (0 + 0 + 2 + 0) + 0) = 19.25 dps -> 20% dps increase + suppression
I guess an additional bonus would be that it would prevent suppression from affecting their fire rate.
