this is nonsense. why we cannot control them?
In coh2, player can control fireing arc. But still here we cannot. so ig cannot use normally HWT in bunker.
if can, this is good merit tier 1.5~2 ig and eldar/sm etc.

while it would be nice, most of the time you dont need to control the arc.
you can still tell the unit to attack units, and the "arc" is bascially whatever the squad can see, so they can fire in every direction. they dont need to re-setup either when they fire from N of the building to the S of the building.
a lot of the time, setup teams in buildings can be disadvntagous for this reason, its also easier to wipe the setup team if they're in a building and your opponent has grenades/snipers. its just something else to keep in mind when using garrisons.
also, this isnt really a balance topic.

Firing from structures is always a bit strange on dawn of war 2 as it never seems to do what i tell it. When using units in structures. They fire slow and i only use them to escape melee units tbh especially as there are lots of ways to damage or clear structures. But it would be nice and may make people use buildings more tbh.

A suppression team in a garrison is an effective strategy, it is really hard to break this if it is not alone in there, and sometimes it even obeys your orders so even your enemy can't approach it from different sides, suppression will easily engulf him!
There won't be the indicator of attack, you just have to click on a unit you want suppressed.
