Dawn of War Codex

I have cleaned my whole PC (forgot the word) and redownloaded Retrubition. When I press Play button, my profile picture at the right bottom goes green for 4 seconds but turns back to blue after that. I deleted it and redownloaded again but same thing happened again. Can you help me here?

Again, make sure DirectX is fully updated.
