DOUBLE CATACHAN DEVILS
I heard about this tacticc with Inquisitor play but didn't watched it and have no idea how it works. Also, CatDs are like a protector for my GM. They throw away setup teams, anti-melee, suppression uminity ===> out shoot suppresserer tactics like. So, they are a go to unit for me on some maps. In the other hand, I don't use them as a main weapon. They have short range and easy to kite away. They can easyly counter with flamers and etc.

1-) How am I going to use them as a main weapon? Or are they even the main weapon for this tactic?
2-) For a 1v1 match sounds cool but is it possible for 3v3?
3-) How am I going to use Inquisitor with these baby Orgyns? Or is the Inquisitor the right hero for this tactic?

DOUBLE ASSAULT MARINE
I was rolling without any Sentinal in a match and it cost me heavly. An Apo player straight went for them and beated me in a 2v2. In that case ;

1-) They will cost 100 powaa, how am I gonna recover if he goes early T2? Or a quick walker?
2-) Are there any unwise situations where I shouldn't go foe this tactic? (Don't say PC, say something else please :D)
3-) Apo is the right hero but, is it possible with FC or Techmarine?

SNIPER SPAWM VS CHAOS
Yes, how am I going to counter it with Chaos? :D

CatDs
1) A single CatDs squad can be covered with the Silently ability from the Inquisitor, leaving you a fairly power close range squad that can infiltrate more or less for free. I mean, Knob pays red to do that. They're a nice way to force a detector out of your opponent (which would have usually been Eldar until this latest patch).

2) Definitely more feasible in 1v1 than 3v3. 3v3 is almost nothing but blobs of units colliding with one another and infiltration tactics are not suited to that kind of battle.

3) Double CatDs is feasible for every IG hero, but in different ways. LC can execute them as well as tying up another ranged squad. LG can offer medkits and his usual buffs. Inq can give silently and possibly tie up an enemy hero. T2 likewise gives a lot of options for all the heroes.

ASM
1) How are you being beaten to T2 if he's spending that kind of power in t1?

2) In general, double ASM is not that good. It's just too expensive and liable to getting out-teched. That doesn't mean it can't work, but if you bleed him even marginally and you haven't lost the entire map, you're way ahead.

3) FC can give them Battlecry buffs. Techmarine not as much as the other two, as only HPS or Bionics comes to mind. Even those two abilities don't really count as "ASM Support" in the sense that it makes ASM better at its job. Obv, T2 opens things up a lot but double asm is something that should be peaking in t1.5.

Sniper Spam
1)You counter sniper spam a little differently depending on hero. As a "general" solution, GL tics or Raptors can do the job. Reference your specific hero for more possible options.

With how much power grenades cost vs snipers (20 vs 25), and how much exp tics are coughing up per kill, I don't view SM vs Chaos as a winnable matchup when snipers are involved.

Double catas;
http://www.gamereplays.org/dawnofwar2/r ... &id=245544 (also the only game where I ever bought sentinel in T2 AND it paid off marvelously)

If only some1 had casted that at the time I could've linked that and looked cool. 8-)
I would also link the game that inspired me which was actually casted but unfortunately own3d went bust or something and their logs are gone.

Basically I designed this BO where I bought nothing out of the gate and immediately capped 2 power points, noded both, dropped 3 gens at my natural farm and then got 2 catas. It required some careful energy management with LG and a rly aggressive playstyle in late T1/early T2 but it worked surprisingly well with some LG magic. I even had some 15 game winstreak going in ladder with it but a lot of that had was due to the surprise factor since no1 was expecting it and didn't push my gens early when they could've. Altho even when they did I could defend my gens fairly well with a lasturret or 2 in since ppl were used to going for fast setup teams vs ig, but a fast flamer pretty much hard countered the BO. Anyway my win rate dropped drastically after I had ran into the same ppl a few times and they adapted their playstyle to it, so I stopped using it.

Ring any bells tex? :P

It's his memory man. When you get as old as Tex you can't help your memory being totally fried.
