I recently found out that I have an Attention Disorder and I think that this is why I always forget about some squads to let them move or retreat out.
I do play Chaos, Plague Champion or Imperial Guards, Lord Commissar.
Do you have any advices for me to improve in the game even if I have an attention disorder?
I feel sorry to tell everyone this thing but I would like some advices from you guys.
So, any Idea how to improve even with this or i will never get better because of this?

If you will forget your units you ll never get good in any RTS game, so - usually units says something when being attacked, so try to listen, if your unit is attacked there is special icon appear on the left side of the screen that says 'unit is under attack', for the fast move camera to that unit press 'space'. Learn to check your units from times to times with hotkeys. For example double press '2' to check your squad on that button.

Well ppl with no attention disorder have similar problems as well. I think routinely scrolling through your units could help a lot with that.

I have pretty bad ADD as well. if anything I think it makes me better at that because I'm so twitchy, I'm constantly switching from one squad to the next
if you really think its affecting you then you should probably go get diagnosed/medicated, I cant imagine this is the only area in your life where you are affected. I started taking my medications (read as: legal meth) about 3 years ago now and it has made a world of difference in my work life and productivity.

I wouldn't worry too much, I have tons of hours in this game and I still so frequently forget about Squads I sent capping. Especially in Teamgames when I try to multitask and not have everything on the same lane in one blob. Even then I forget that I build a shuriken platform and it sits in base for 4 mins

On the other hand I feel unqualified to speak about Attention Disorder. I have no personal expeirence with it.
So yeah, I don't know enough to say it doesn't affect it, but on the other hand there are many many people who struggle with Multimanaging units in RTS games^^
General tipps to improve:
You could try actively cycling though your units.
You can keep more focus on the unit list on the side, thats how I notice if a squad gets low.
In 1v1 I find it very helpfull to always keep a half eye on the minimap, as soon as you see something red you can focus there. (Only problem being infiltrated scouts which nade you :/) so Ideal would be cycling through units.
Try to actively notice when you are not doing anything "productive". When you are just looking at one unit without any need for input from you, cycle through.
(Again I don't know how much AD would affect this, sorry!)
