I'm not completely new to the game, as I played some retail back in the day, but I'm pretty much a total noob . I've been following Indrid for a while but that's all my DOW experience for years (BTW great job Indrid)

I would like to know if it's still possible to play low level games in elite mode.

i suspect it is downloaded every time it is viewed, which it technically is.
