Minor change: 'Da Cutta' for Catas?

Wondering if Catas could be modded to use their trademark knife - the Devil's Claw AKA 'Da Cutta', in melee. Them prodding tac marines with their shotgun muzzles and apparently having power melee seems a little off.
It would look cool too.

That's probably why they put a couple of knife & pistol models in the original Cata squad. But no, now that there are only shotgun models, no the guns can't suddenly change into knives and back.

Yeah we have nothing to do with it sadly. Owning space marines with shotguns look really stupid

I don't know if this would be a popular idea, but working around the fact that the animations of the models can't be changed, can we add a bayonet to the front of the shotguns? Or would that be so non-canon that people are about to swarm me and...uh...
...I'll just shut up and leave now.

To be perfectly honest, I'm not sure how good a bayonetted Shotty would even look like.
Tried to google pictures, but didnt find anything.

Catachan Jungle Fighter often fight with carabine and the knife.

Maybe the squad leader instead of the pistol could have the carabine/shotgun (a two hand weapon with a sword, like the Lord General).
Still something.
I like the idea of bayonet though.

To be honest, I think a Catachan fire-ing a Shotgun like a pistol would look pretty horrible.
And I doubt its possible to scale the Catachan model over the LG's animation skelleton without alot of work.
