Did you get Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix? I would definitely recommend that one.
My only remark is how grindy it is to get the Ultima Weapon unless you know up front were to get everything. Definitely getting the 2.5 one ^^

Also, DID I see figures? I have figures. Lots of figures. I am a consumerist whore for 'em (unfortunately for the wallet). Will probably hit the 100 mile club in the next 3-4 months. I always get excited when the topic comes up, would kill to see people's collections if people have 'em :v Does anyone else collect? Aside from WH40k things of course, which I believe Riku seems to be quite a collector of :p

I might become a collector. I bought 2 figures from hobby link japan. But they have some really...revealing figures too. So i love and am some what afraid of what i will find lol.

Also. I have a list of anime I am going to watch\rewatch since its been a while (like Samurai Champloo). Just might take a while to finish it all. The list is about 14 anime strong and doesn't all the anime on it that I plan on watching.

HLJ is usually expensive. Sites like Amiami do much more justice if you buy figures.

As for revealing, there are several types including a lot of "cast-offs" that have been making rounds for a few years (as the name implies, you can cast-off clothing). I try not to buy the more scantly clad figures because you usually pay a premium for a figure that, at least in my opinion, is often a less detailed in comparison to other versions of the same character, just as an example. This is the case with a lot of those swimsuit figures, which are quick cash-ins for the most part.

Some of my favorite figures that i own are:

Touhou - Patchouli Knowledge, Tokiame Rev.

Madoka Maiko Ver.

Really love putting stuff like that on display. Depending on how work and everything goes in the next few months, I'm going to start looking at more elaborate displays including glass shelving w/ lighting, depending on how everything goes. I'm a big sucker for collectibles, including games and movie memorabilia.

Yeah, I pre-ordered the 2013 Race Queen Miku as well (and I also sponsored the team since my favorite car is the Z4 - so I get the figma Race Queen next week). Also have the Figma 200 Miku 2.0 that you posted as well (a friend is actually giving me a second one, so I'm posing her with the angel wings on the 2nd model along side the first, which I have posing with the guitar). There's also Deep Sea Ver. Miku that is coming in next month as well.

As for noobish at the hobby, it's not that big of a deal. I remember when I first started off the hobby and it was a slow start because I had a limited budget (was still in high school back ~8 years ago) as well as a limited understanding of the different Makers and distributors. You'll learn that from experience and developing your own favorites when it comes to brands (i.e Nendoroids vs Figmas, Kotobukiya vs. Goodsmile, etc). If you're really keen, you'll pick up sculptor names as well and follow them for whenever they release a model - hence another reason why I recommend Amiami because they're often very informative with that kind of information, which is a plus.
