I can't stress the importance for new players to watch casts of very experienced players.
You'll learn so much that takes a long time to learn on your own RE build orders, when to retreat, what units counter what, how to hunt tanks...
Maestro Cretella in particular goes into detail on each unit, how it fits into your army composition, what the tricks of the trade are, etc.. - you'll learn a lot very quickly from his casts.
Banshees are countered by ranged damage, or a painboy + sluggas in T1, or a warboss. Assault Marines are countered by hitting them harder than they hit you
Bleed happens to every race and every player. Learning to control it best comes from your hours of gameplay/watching dem casts.
