Dawn of War Codex

Hello, I'm wondering if anyone here knows about, or could point me to information on, editing existing animations or making new ones for the game. I'm wondering:

1) What game files would be necessary to edit an existing animation, and where would they be found?

2) What program(s) would be needed to edit them?

You can also contact Canis Lupus from codex edition team. He's generally a 3D-designer and he also does animations.
