I'm new here and recently enjoying the game, especially the elite mod.
I would like to ask you if the ultramarine DLC skin is only for purchase or is my game is bugged because it didnt appear on my army paint selection?

It is for purchase only.
- For some reason Steam store screen for Dawn of War II Retribution do not show you the list of purchasable DLC like in the past. Only 2 or 3 DLC are reachable from Steam store screen of Dawn of War II Retribution.
- In order to see proper list of Retribution related DLC, need to search on store with following text. Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II - Retribution
