First Install

Hey everyone,
So i installed steam in C:/, installed DOW:R also in C:/ but in a diferent folder, and finally installed Elite in C:/ (wich the files appear in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\dawn of war ii - retribution).
When i try to run Elite through the shortcut, it redirected me to the game page on steam instead of starting the game. Is it because DOW:R is in a different folder, even when all is in the same disk?
Any help would be much apreciated.

By the way, DOW:R is a cracked version.

buy the game, its 5 buck on sale, most of the content is multiplayer

So the Elite installation should be into the folder of DOW:R (in the steam folder)?

Is it a meme for you to ask this every January of each year from now on?
You were given an answer in Jan 2020 that is the same as this one - Buy the game.
Not so loyal really won't even spare $5 to the devs smh.

Private matters put me away of this game and i dont came often to the forum so i dont know how to work very well with this and created a new post when i tried to make a new install. Instead of criticising me, a simple answer as a NO to my question would suficient. Is my choice to buy or not the game before knowing if its possible ot play in a cracked version and you should avoid those kind of comments. Dont judge when you know nothing.

You're right...i dont play the game, just watch the replays. Hope you could teach something when i start playing.

Already done, and installed the latest version and could run the game without problems.

Glad you bought the game. If a Steam game doesn't work on your system you can just return it fyi.
