Game won't start

Game won't start

I have installed Elite Mod for the first time. When I open the desktop icon I immediately get a "crash report".
I've tried following steps from this forum - https://steamcommunity.com/app/56400/di ... 006086657/

But still no luck. Any suggestions on what to try?
