Modded CR with squad mod, how do I unmod?

I installed this mod because it seemed fun, but now I can't complete final mission. And this is starting to bug me.
EDIT: Comon nobody? Surely one of you knows how to uninstall this emprah damned mod.

Just launch CR without the mod...
