What can grey knights do T1 against set-up teams?

With all the moving around of the GK units, I feel like I'm starting from the beginning. Which unit counters set-up teams in T1? I was having a hell of a time in 1v1s today.

Brother Captain with WATH. Wargear will make it easier. Unending Purge, Aegis or Power Sword are all very useful in making BC more capable to get rid of set ups in T1. Flank the set ups when possible.
Operatives with their infiltration + stun bomb + big dps will do well.
GL IST can just harass set ups behind LoS blockers or from longer range. Also you can barrage the set up and then just move BC and Strikes in.
