ESL app isn't working...

It won't record games. I know loads of people have had this issue but I cannot find the thread talking about it. What were the common solutions again?
It just is not recording games, they don't even come up on the app nevermind ESL itself.

I think the "common" solution is to uninstall and reinstall the app. I know this worked for .... I think Zev? I can't remember exactly who it was but I would try that first.
