				Iirc it uses 3dsMAX but for the life of me I can't remember which version right now. I'll get back to this!

				It is the 2009 or the 2010 3DS Max version that seems to be working best, and you will need Santos Tools 2, which you can find here:

https://www.virtualbox.org/If all you want to do is change textures or swap between existing models all you have to do is make a mod and extract the textures, the .dds, and modify them or edit the .rbf that contains the units data and change the model path to match the model you instead wish to display.
You will have to make a mod for anything to work. I use Cope's Toolbox since it makes modding much easier, so I would rather recommend that over the first suggested method. You can find the latest version here:

				Is the test version of  3DS max enough?
And how do I get the 2010 version?
