No, but there is a mod called The forgotten Emerald that mods Last Stand.

btw, elite and this other mod does not work together as far as I know. At least I couldn't manage it.

Elite and Forgotten Emerald really have little to do with each other file wise afaik as well.

You can still launch retail and play last stand whenever you want even with elite installed without having to uninstall it. Retail and the mod will have separate launchers so it's not a choice of having only one or the other.
